As many of you already know, I have some of the best cakes and catering in town. I would like to introduce myself to those of you who do not already know me.My name is Amy Roach, owner of Amys Cakes and Catering. I have been providing service throughout the Treasure Coast for twenty years.

I have baked many Wedding Cakes and Speciality Cakes for my customers know, that I offer a variety of fillings, and my most popular is my yellow cake filled with fresh strawberries and custard. These I have mentioned are just a few that you might recognize. I also cater private parties of any kind.

No Party is too small to be catered.I have been in Ft Pierce since 1983. I am orginally from New Castle Pennsylvania. My Family were the owners of Cast Bakeries, that had over 31 locations stretching from New Castle PA. to Youngstown OH. I Have been around the bakery all my life. With a family legacey stretching of 30 years, people say " I make the best darn cakes they ever had."
